Mint Creative Studio opened it’s large Barn Doors once again this year for Devon Open Studios. Pam Neaves and Rebecca Whittington enjoyed hosting 45 visitors over the two week event at Bow Mill Farm, here at our art gallery and studio in Broadhempston.
Scented Soy Candle Pots, framed tile illustrations, framed ceramic imprints from nature, limited edition animal prints, abstract prints and porcelain jewellery were bought alongside an array of greetings cards featuring scanned original art by both artists: unique animal illustrations etched onto wood, original moonlit coastal landscapes and modern snowcapped mountain collages were the most popular.
It’s always lovely to meet new people as well as be supported by familiar faces. As our work and style are constantly changing, experimenting will new materials.
Time is now being spent planning for the months and year ahead, our artwork will be travelling to local, Devon shows and will be featuring in Exhibitions too.
